This is a custom made/personalized service. We cannot cancel your order and refund it once it’s in production or shipped. You can ask for cancellation and refund within 24 hours.
Because our products are custom printed and unique to each order, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, or if the quality of the printing is poor.
